Dufus and Grumpy

This morning I was looking through some of the photos Jim and I had taken down in New Orleans. I guess one of these days I should go through them all and post some!

Two things we really enjoyed were the Botanical Garden in the City Park and the Destrehan Plantation tour.  Anyway, I ran across this absolutely silly/dorky/OMG am I married to him photo of Jim and just couldn’t resist sharing… Jim at his finest.  :)

DufusBut then who am I talk?  I also ran across one of me, supposedly enjoying myself (I really was!) with quite the snarl on my face!

IMG_5071-1Jim appears to be having more fun!  I’m fairly certain I was near to expiring from the heat and humidity, as we were in the tropical section when these two pictures were taken.

LOL – you should see the many photos I never post of myself that Mike takes – I take really horrible photos – I bet you saw a lot of pretty spots of New Orleans surrounding area – we took a couple plantation tours when we visited the area once and I loved them. New Orleans was ok, but not my favorite of places we have seen.

What I just love: Spontaneity…ya know, in sewing, in quilting, in shopping, in cleaning and most of all in sex….ROFLOL

(YES, I had to look up how to spell the word, SPONTANEITY !!)

  3. OMG! Is that a boa you r pointing to? I’d have that look too if that’s the case. That green stripped thing curled up on the side of those rocks? Total fear would be on my face. Jim looks fine. Might need to roll the sleeves a tad :(

At least Jim looks happy! Warm looks pretty good to me–we’re having a snow storm (predict up to 8″). Do you have a relative that plays basketball for the Stamford women’s basketball team? Watched UCONN play Stamford & noted her name. BTW, UCONN won–they’ll be # 1 next week.

Well of course he looks happy, he was acting like a dufus! :) Nope, no relatives that I’m aware of up there. Stay safe in the snow, hopefully you won’t get any ice first!
